Marketing Communications

With the understanding that Business Development is responsible for the thoughtful and focused development of new business products, services, and offerings, attentions can now be focused on the communications and promotions surrounding these products, services and offerings.

The company must clearly articulate its Unique Value Propositions (UVP’s), as well as how these fulfill the unmet needs of the customers and prospects.
In order to arrive at this endpoint, Marketing Communications must go through an industry-recognized, five-step process to develop the company identity, as well as the identities of its products and services.

The five-step process is as follows:

  1. Perform a Front End Assessment
  2. Conduct Brand Builder Workshops
  3. Validate the Brand Image
  4. Develop the Marketing and Communications Plan
  5. Measure Progress
