The Challenge

USDS, one of the leading debt settlement companies, expanded its operations significantly through a public offering and a series of mergers and acquisitions. While the company possessed enormous business strength, it lacked brand awareness and recognition in key vertical profit center. USDS engaged G Network to develop brand and launch an effective affiliate strategy that would enable it to build a program that matched the success of its business, and supported its desire to further develop an integrated business model.

Our Solution

Over the past year, G Network has served as a strategic advisor and partner to USDS, helping to develop its offline and online affiliate strategy and ensure its effective implementation. Our approach started with a review of the USDS brand and a methodological approach to developing a relevant brand strategy. This included comprehensive qualitative and quantitative market research, which found a remarkable congruence of needs between different customer segments, and set the stage for its new strategy. G Network also worked closely with USDS to ensure that the organization was prepared to deliver on this new promise focused on “the relentless pursuit of an affiliate success.” This included the creation of a new group-wide affiliate function, the development of the optimal affiliate marketing organization and measurement system, and affiliate training to support the new effort.


As a result of these efforts, G Network helped launch USDS online and offline affiliate programs nationwide strengthening the brand in new market segments. Furthermore the efforts helped support the initial public offering for USDS on the German Exchange, Deutscher Aktienindex
